- Customers communicate (email/phone) their wish to return and refund orders within 14 business days of orders delivery.
- Customers will be notified of return address and if Goods/items returned are subject to restocking fees.
- Customers insure that Goods/items returned are in good condition and not damaged.
- Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving returns.
- Refunds are made in the same way payments received.
- Refunds are net of shipping and handling charges.
- No refunds for personalized items.
